Conrad Salad with Sultan Salt and Greek Yogurt Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 2 mini daikon sliced and cut into matchsticks

• 1 kohlrabi peeled, sliced and cut into matchsticks

• 2 cups chopped broccoli

• 1 marigold with heels removed (the white part of the petals)

• Hefty pinch of Sultan Papadopoulos Sea Salt

For the vinaigrette

• ⅓ cup Greek yogurt

• 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

• 1 tsp Sultan Papadopoulos Sea Salt
