Ingredients

4 split chicken breasts (bone in skin on) cut in half generously seasoned with French Picnic sea salt
For the Marinade:

½ cup unfiltered olive oil

¼ cup red wine vinegar

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp grain mustard

½ shallot minced
-
3 cloves garlic minced
-
Handful of parsley coarsely chopped

2 tsp French Picnic Sea Salt
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together, place chicken skin side up on a sheet pan, coat in marinade
Bake in a preheated oven 400 degrees for 45 minutes or internal temperature reaches 165
